Orca Security names Gera Dorfman CPO

PORTLAND, Ore. — Orca Security, a provider of agentless cloud security, has announced its appointment of Gera Dorfman as chief product officer (CPO).

Dorfman joins Orca from Check Point Software Technologies, where he most recently served as Vice President of Network Security Products, leading global development of AI-driven enterprise network protection solutions shaping the technological and strategic direction of the domain.

At Orca Security, Dorfman will guide the development of next-generation capabilities across the company’s AI-powered Cloud Native Application Protection Platform (CNAPP), unifying risk visibility, vulnerability management, and remediation automation in a single workspace. Overseeing global product management, design, and strategy, he will focus on providing faster, data-driven protection that enables organizations to strengthen security posture without slowing innovation.
