Redwire acquires State Alarm

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – Redwire, a provider of integrated security solutions, announced its successful acquisition of the Florida-based accounts of State Alarm.

Founded in Florida in 2005 by Don Shury, State Alarm has a nearly 20-year history in the intrusion, fire detection, video surveillance, and access control businesses. Through the purchase of the majority of their roughly 1,200 accounts, 80% commercial and 20% residential, Redwire said it strengthens its presence in Central and South Florida.

Redwire has specialized in the security industry for over 40 years, installing and servicing technology, including integrated security systems, access control, video surveillance, and fire detection for commercial, institutional, governmental, and residential clients all over Florida, South Georgia, and Southern Alabama. They stated they are committed to ensuring a smooth transition for State Alarm clients.
