SILVER SPRING, Md.—The Security Industry Association (SIA) has announced the 2022 keynote speakers, featured panel sessions and executive interviews for Securing New Ground (SNG), the security industry’s executive conference, taking place Oct. 18-19 at the InterContinental Times Square in New York City.

The security industry will gather at SNG 2022 for top-level information sharing, networking and business analysis.

This year’s Securing New Ground conference will shape industry trends and offer opportunities to engage with the leaders who are driving the future of security. In a dynamic keynote presentation on Day 2 of SNG, Phil Mackintosh – chief economist and senior vice president at Nasdaq – will share insights into market conditions and financial indicators that are likely to impact the U.S. and global economies, particularly for companies in technology sectors.

SNG attendees will also unlock access to the following exclusive executive interviews:

  • A discussion with Mike Mansuetti, president, North America, at Bosch on supply chain and other critical pressures facing businesses
  • A session with Rich Tucker, legal, privacy and regulatory senior vice president (SVP) at CLEAR, highlighting key privacy and security topics
  • An interview with John Kedzierski, SVP and general manager of video security and access control at Motorola Solutions, about what’s next for the powerhouse firm and leveraging market conditions to capitalize on industry growth opportunities

Additionally, the conference agenda includes the first-ever SNG Founders’ Panel, which will share a look inside the minds of the creators of some of the security industry’s most successful firms, including John Moss, chief product officer at LenelS2, and Dick Soloway, CEO at NAPCO Security Technologies.

Practitioner-led panels from CISOs and CSOs and their teams will also be a highlight of the event’s first day, featuring security executives from many of the world’s top organizations and brands, including leading technology companies.
