SIA names Randy Clark director of member services

SILVER SPRING, Md.—The Security Industry Association (SIA) has appointed Randy Clark as director of member services, where he will lead the association's membership recruitment, retention and engagement efforts.
In the role, Clark will oversee SIA's membership department, directing initiatives focused on member growth and value while helping member companies maximize their investment in the association. He also will oversee membership services and records management.

Clark brings more than 20 years of membership and association management experience spanning consumer, professional and trade organizations.
Most recently, he served as director of corporate development for the National Association of Wholesaler-Distributors (NAW), where he was responsible for organizational growth and membership sales. He also led the development of new membership programs aimed at expanding revenue opportunities beyond NAW's traditional corporate membership base.
“With Randy Clark joining our talented team, SIA is positioned to better serve our members through enhanced engagement and value,” SIA CEO Don Erickson said. “Randy’s over 20 years of experience as an association membership leader will be highly impactful as we propel SIA forward, faster.”
According to SIA, Clark will oversee efforts to provide member value to security industry companies and professionals while supporting the association's overall membership strategy.
