LONG GROVE, Ill.—U.S. Alarms/Dynamark Security, based in Bethlehem, Pa., has purchased the assets of 4 Seasons Security, the alarm division of Deiter Bros., according to a statement from The Davis Group, which facilitated the acquisition.

Tom Bartolacci, owner of U.S. Alarms/Dynamark, said the acquisition was a “perfect fit for our company. The many employees of Deiter/4 Seasons will remain to help grow the company to the next level. This is truly a win-win transaction.”

Steve Rubin of Davis Mergers and Acquisitions Group assisted Deiter Bros./4 Seasons with the transaction.
