Xalient appoints Critchley to head UK program

LONDON — Xalient, a global boutique specializing in the convergence of identity-driven security and networking, today announced the appointment of Andrew Critchley as Head of UK Identity Practice and Global Identity Managed Services.

Andrew brings deep expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) developed from over a decade at Capgemini, one of the world’s largest providers of IAM Advisory, Professional, and Managed Services. In his new role, Andrew will be responsible for developing Xalient’s Identity Managed Services programme globally, while also leading its UK Identity Practice.

Commenting on his appointment, Andrew said: “I am thrilled to be joining Xalient at this stage in their journey to becoming the leading global boutique provider of Identity-driven security. With Identity at the very core of Xalient's offerings, and its proprietary intellectual property – such as its AI-Ops platform MARTINA – already providing technology differentiation, I'm excited about the potential for Xalient to continue its rapid growth, especially through its Identity Managed Services solutions.”

Sherry Vaswani, CEO of Xalient, added, “Andrew’s expertise in IAM will play a key role as we continue to strengthen our Identity offering in the UK and expand our managed services globally. His deep understanding of the partner ecosystem, including providing advisory roles around the exploitation of technologies from key Xalient partners such as SailPoint and CyberArk, and his insight into customer needs around Managed Identity Services align perfectly with our strategic direction. We’re delighted to welcome him to the team.”
