ZBeta launches Client Immersion Program

SAN FRANCISCO—ZBeta has launched a new Client Immersion Program designed to help organizations align security strategies and investments with broader business objectives before making major decisions.

The program brings executive leaders and key stakeholders together to establish a shared understanding of organizational priorities, operational requirements and long-term goals as security becomes increasingly intertwined with business continuity, resilience and growth initiatives. 

According to ZBeta, the engagement provides a structured process for examining how an organization operates, where risks intersect with business strategy and what capabilities a security program must support over time.

“Security strategy cannot be developed independently of business strategy,” said Conal O’Doherty, principal and chief growth officer at ZBeta. “The Client Immersion Program gives security leaders the opportunity to step back, align around the organization’s priorities and establish a clear direction before major decisions are made.”

The program incorporates ZBeta’s Six-Lens Framework, which evaluates organizations through six areas: business strategy, operations, risk, technology maturity, stakeholder alignment and future goals. The company said the approach helps leadership teams identify dependencies, surface competing priorities and better understand how security decisions may affect the broader enterprise.

ZBeta said the Client Immersion Program is aimed at organizations navigating leadership transitions, mergers and acquisitions, global expansion, technology modernization or the adoption of artificial intelligence (AI). Insights from the engagement are translated into a strategic roadmap intended to help leaders prioritize initiatives and evaluate future investments.
