Diebold does it again, buys Va. integrator

This week the company announced it bought Richmond, Va.-based Applied Systems Technologies, a deal that follows on the heels of its purchase of TFE Technology. The meeting, originally scheduled for Tuesday, July 20, was shelved because the required number of members needed for the meeting was not reached.
