ComCam snaps up new financing round

WEST CHESTER, Pa.--ComCam captured $1.1 million in new financing for its wholly owned subsidiary, which operates under the same name, and announced plans to spin off the division into a separate business.
Andersen & Company, a New York-based private merchant bank, invested in the company. Paul M. Higbee, partner at the firm, has joined the company's investment committee as a result of the round.

NEW ALBANY, Ind.--FKI Security Group completed another acquisition of a safe company in late June--adding Adesco Safe, a 50-year old, family-run safe manufacturer, to its growing line of safe brands.

EDMONTON, ALBERTA--Voxcom Income Fund announced on June 21 that it purchased approximately 1,000 additional customer accounts in Alberta from Stealth Alarm Systems.
