AvantGuard Monitoring launches 'hero' recognition program

OGDEN, Utah—AvantGuard Monitoring Center operators who go above and beyond to ensure customers are safe and satisfied will now be honored as part of the company's new AG Hero program, according to a recent release.
The company says it wants to recognize the human factor in a business that relies heavily on technology, noting that its employees are working to help strangers.
“It would be a shame for us not to recognize this fact, and that it's our operators who are, in many cases, quite literally saving lives,” said Josh Garner, CEO, in a prepared statement.
An article will be written about each AG Hero, who will also receive a hoodie.
