Bold Technologies stays on as Five Diamond sponsor

TROY, Mich.—Bold Technologies will continue its sponsorship the Central Station Alarm Association (CSAA) Five Diamond Program, one it has backed for the past four years, the company announced Oct. 22.
The certification program is based on random inspections and quality standards, ongoing training, CSAA membership and participation and a commitment to reducing false alarms.
“Bold is dedicated to advocating the betterment of the industry and we can think of no better way to do that than by supporting central stations' continuing education and industry involvement,” said Chuck Speck, vice president of Bold Technologies, in a prepared statement.
To earn a CSAA Five Diamond central station certification, each operator must complete a level 1 course online. For central stations using Bold Technologies' Manitou software and seeking Five Diamond Certification, Bold Technologies will pay online course fees.
