Diebold adds three

CANTON, Ohio—Diebold in February added three new executives to its leadership team: Rob Raymond, as vice president, global financial sales; CJ Dailey, as VP of electronic security installation operations; and Michael Campbell, as VP, sales operations and development of Electronic Security.

Rob Raymond will lead Diebold's electronic security financial industry sales team, focusing on regional, national and global financial institutions. Prior to joining Diebold, Raymond was with Tyco Integrated Security for 13 years.

“Rob has been consistently recognized in the industry for exemplary sales, management and leadership. His guidance will be critical to our long-term growth objectives as we expand our electronic security business globally,” said Tony Byerly, Diebold EVP, electronic security in a prepared statement.

CJ Dailey will lead Diebold's electronic security installation efforts and standardizing installation processes to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction across all sales channels.

Prior to joining Diebold, Dailey held various management positions at Stanley Convergent Security Solutions, and ADT/Tyco International. He will be based in Orlando, Fla.

“CJ's diverse experience and success in the electronic security industry will enable us to continue to develop our installation program to exceed our customer's expectations,” Byerly said in a statement.

Michael Campbell will develop and standardize Diebold's electronic security sales operations globally with an initial focus on North America, as Diebold establishes its Electronic Security Sales Center of Excellence.

Campbell joins Diebold from Stanley Convergent Security Solutions, a division of Stanley Black & Decker, where he led the company's sales operations and served in various other sales leadership positions during his tenure. Prior to Stanley, Campbell was a sales leader at ADT/Tyco

“Michael's sales leadership and training experience will ensure we are improving our existing sales team's productivity, and driving best-in-class new hire development plans,” Byerly said in a statement.

Campbell was chosen by Security Systems News in 2013 as a “20 under 40” young leader in security.
