FieldResolve expands knowledge base to 40,000+ documents

LOUISVILLE, Ky.—The CMOOR Group announced that its artificial intelligence (AI)-powered field support platform, FieldResolve, has expanded its technical knowledge base to more than 40,000 documents covering products from 36 manufacturers.

The expanded library is designed to support security and fire integrators working in multi-manufacturer environments, a common scenario across commercial and enterprise installations. FieldResolve now includes documentation for a wide range of access control, intrusion detection, fire alarm and video surveillance products, allowing technicians to troubleshoot systems that incorporate equipment from multiple vendors.

“Real-world security integration is never single manufacturer,” said Connie Moorhead, CEO and founder of The CMOOR Group. “FieldResolve was built to reflect the complexity technicians face on actual job sites.”

According to the company, technicians can create a project within FieldResolve that mirrors a real installation, including all manufacturers present, and then query the platform using plain language. Responses are drawn from the platform’s curated technical documentation, reducing the need to search multiple manuals or contact individual manufacturer support lines.

The company said the platform is intended to shorten service call resolution times and reduce repeat truck rolls, particularly for integrators supporting complex facilities such as schools, hospitals, high-rise buildings and enterprise campuses.

FieldResolve also incorporates end-to-end encryption for all queries and responses. The CMOOR Group said data entered into the platform does not feed into broader large language models, a design choice aimed at protecting proprietary system information and installation details.

The milestone reflects the company’s continued investment in FieldResolve as a field support platform tailored to the operational realities of security and fire integrators, Moorhead said.
