SAN CLEMENTE, Calif.—FireWatch Solutions, a premier risk management organization offering custom protective solutions to clients around the globe, has expanded its portfolio of services, now offering private investigations and process server support to meet the needs of law firms, corporations, and individual clients.

FireWatch offers a suite of services under its license in the state of California (CA PI License # PI189143).

The FireWatch Solutions Special Investigations team understands that these investigations are often complex and multi-faceted, requiring professionals with experience and expertise. From basic background research to sensitive surveillance, the FireWatch team handles cases at every level with attention and care, according to von Kraus.

Made up of former law enforcement and military professionals, the FireWatch team brings decades of experience conducting complex investigations and high-risk surveillance in various environments. Among the company’s new portfolio of services are Investigations (case research, surveillance, court appearances), Process Server (Standard, Expedited, Same Day), and Background Checks (basic, standard, expanded). 

The FireWatch investigations team includes: 

Carlos Meneses, Director, Special Investigations: With over 28 years of law enforcement experience, Meneses began his distinguished career in the California State Prison system and ultimately became a certified negotiator for the FBI’s Hostage Negotiations Team. As a State Parole agent, a member of California Parole Apprehension Team (CPAT), and a member of the Human Trafficking Task Force – he has investigated hundreds of complex cases including robbery, burglary, missing persons, fugitive surveillance, and special crimes. 

Ralph Guerra, Special Investigations: Guerra brings over 20 years of service in the U.S. Marine Corps and a wealth of experience in surveillance and reconnaissance. As a Marine Raider with Marine Special Operations Command (MARSOC) and a team member of Marine Reconnaissance, he has operated in Afghanistan and Iraq for multiple combat tours and is well versed in conducting surveillance operations in high-risk conditions. Using his unique experience and skill set, Guerra is able to adapt quickly and provide exceptional quality under any condition.
