Hikvision releases financial results for 2021 full year and 2022 Q1 Results show achievement of year-over-year (YoY) growth of 28.21 percent

CITY OF INDUSTRY, Calif.—Hikvision, a world-leading manufacturer and supplier of security products and solutions, has released its full year 2021 financial results, reporting a total revenue of $12.42 billion (RMB 81.42 billion), and achieving a year-over-year (YoY) growth of 28.21 percent.

The net profits attributable to shareholders of the company was $2.56 billion (RMB 16.80 billion), reflecting a YoY growth of 25.51 percent.

Overseas revenue in 2021 amounted to $3.4 billion (RMB 21.99 billion), with YoY growth of 24.23 percent, accounting for 27 percent of the total revenue of the company.

“Hikvision’s financial results from 2021 and Q1 of 2022 reflect the robustness of the video security market and the value of our innovative solutions to solve security challenges,” said Tony Yang, President, Hikvision USA. “We remain committed to bringing the best in outstanding value and innovative technology to our dealers, distributors, and end users.”

Hikvision also released its Q1 2022 financial results and reported a revenue of $2.5 billion (RMB 16.52 billion), which represents a YoY increase of 18.11 percent. Net profits attributable to shareholders of the company was $348 million (RMB 2.28 billion), representing YoY growth of 5.29 percent.
