Honeywell DVR minimizes installation, connects with I-View Now's verification service

LAS VEGAS and MELVILLE, N.Y.—A new DVR from Honeywell, set to be released in the second quarter of 2014, will include specific functionality geared to I-View Now's video verification service, according to an I-View Now news release.
Designed to minimize installation time, the new DVR connects seamlessly to I-View Now's video verification service, according to the release. The DVR is equipped with a universal plug and play connectivity feature, which eliminates the need to configure port forwarding in a router. It also comes with soft alarm triggers, which eliminate the need for a relay when connecting to an IP alarm panel, the release noted.
