KEENFINITY expands scope of Electronics Manufacturing Services Appoints Ram Dornala as CEO of the business, driving strategic expansion

MUNICH—KEENFINITY Group is transitioning its Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) into an own business within its holding structure, further strengthening operational focus and entrepreneurial responsibility. While continuing to support Keenfinity’s offerings, EMS will simultaneously pursue broader growth opportunities.

Effective immediately, Ram Dornala will take over the role of chief executive officer (CEO) of Electronics Manufacturing Services by Keenfinity, driving strategic expansion. Dornala has a wealth of experience in electronics manufacturing and strategic supply chain innovation from previous leadership roles at Cyient DLM, Wistron and Jabil Circuit.

KEENFINITY GroupAt the same time, Markus Willert will take over the role as chief operating officer (COO) of Electronics Manufacturing Services by Keenfinity, consistently upholding the highest standards of quality based on Keenfinity’s DNA and Bosch heritage.

In addition, Joseph McGee will act as advisor of Dornala and his leadership team. McGee has extensive experience in running large-scale manufacturing services for consumer, enterprise, medical and industrial OEMs, most notably over two decades in senior leadership roles at Jabil Inc.

EMS encompasses all four Keenfinity-owned manufacturing facilities located in Hermosillo, Mexico; Ovar, Portugal; Zhuhai, China; and Straubing, Germany. Drawing on over 20 years of Bosch manufacturing experience, EMS delivers customized solutions across a wide range of market sectors, including professional audio, security, industrial applications, energy, and mobility. Advanced manufacturing processes range from engineering design to supply chain and meet sector-specific quality standards with faster time-to-market across all industries.
