Per Mar acquires Stearns Sound & Security

DAVENPORT, Iowa—Per Mar Security Services, a provider of total security solutions for residential and commercial clients based here, announced it has acquired Stearns Sound & Security of Waupaca, Wis. Jerry Stearns, who founded Stearns Sound & Security 43 years ago, was the sole employee and will assist Per Mar in transitioning over 400 active customers to the Per Mar Wausau office before enjoying his hard-earned retirement.
