Per Mar honored as 2023 business of the year

DAVENPORT, Iowa – Per Mar Security Services was honored as Business of the Year at the 2023 Quad Cities Chamber Annual Meeting on August 10, 2023.
Headquartered in Davenport, Iowa for nearly 70 years, Per Mar started in the living room of John and Eleanor Duffy in 1953 and grew to 25 branch locations throughout the Midwest. The company has been particularly active in their hometown area, supporting a number of non-profit organizations with employees volunteering regularly in the community.
“Over the decades, Per Mar has grown organically and through acquisitions, evolving their offerings and becoming one of the only one-stop-shops for security services in the Midwest,” the Quad Cities Chamber of Commerce said in a release. “This growth has helped them to become one of the largest companies in the United States in three areas: security officer services, electronic security services and fire alarm services.”
Per Mar was specifically recognized by the Quad Cities Chamber for their commitment to growth and providing first-class customer service.
