RapidFire Safety & Security acquires Tri-X

ST. LOUIS—RapidFire Safety & Security has announced the acquisition of Tri-X, a 37-year-old fire and security systems integrator based in San Dimas, Calif.

Tri-X enhances RapidFire’s security offerings and significantly strengthens its footprint across Southern California. Tri-X represents RapidFire’s 10th acquisition in California.

Founded in 1988, Tri-X began as a telephone, sound, security, and alarm installation business. Over the last 37 years, Tri-X has grown into a full-service low voltage systems integrator serving Greater Los Angeles, San Bernardino, Riverside, and Ventura counties, offering a full-suite of security and fire alarm services. Tri-X is a fire alarm contractor, conducting installations and NFPA-compliant testing.

Embracing modern technology and always reaching toward more advanced electronic applications, Tri-X offers expert installation and maintenance support for security, fire alarm and network connectivity projects within a variety of commercial and industrial environments including school districts, hospitals, and medical clinics. Tri-X’s experienced team will continue to deliver the same technology-driven solutions to their clients - now supported by RapidFire’s broader capabilities and geographical presence.
