Security 101 promotes Guarino to GM of New England operations

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla.—Security 101 has promoted Robert “Bobby” Guarino to general manager of its New England business, a move the company said reflects its continued investment in regional leadership as it expands its presence in the market.

Guarino assumed the role in August after joining Security 101 in February 2026 to lead sales across the New England region. As general manager, he now has full responsibility for the market, overseeing revenue growth, business development and customer relationships across key verticals including healthcare, education and municipalities.

Security 101“Bobby has made an immediate impact since joining Security 101, and he brings exactly the kind of leadership our New England customers and team deserve,” said Craig Shulman, chief operating officer. “He leads from the front, holds his team accountable and knows how to grow a business the right way.”

Guarino brings more than 15 years of sales and operations leadership experience. Before joining Security 101, he served as chief sales officer at Champion Elevator and held a general manager role at Everon. Earlier in his career, he also held leadership positions with Johnson Controls, Tyco Integrated Security and ADT.

According to Security 101, Guarino's background includes leading high-performing teams, driving growth initiatives and managing P&L performance, experience the company believes will support its continued expansion in the New England market.
