Security Central is now CSAA Five Diamond certified

STATESVILLE, N.C.—Wholesale monitoring center Security Central on July 10 achieved CSAA Five Diamond certification.
The certification adds to the company's credibility and will help Security Central compete with the larger central stations, Caroline Brown, Security Central executive assistant, told Security Systems News. “Keeping our operators up to such high expectations, keeping their testing current, their continuing education classes current � that's what we're going to be focusing on.”
“It'll definitely be a larger key marketing component for us,” Brown said.
Finding time for all of the company's 150 central station operators to take the exam was a challenge, Brown said.
