Security Partners transitions to Manitou system

LANCASTER, Pa.—Security Partners installed the Bold Manitou platform with the CSS Aeonix Telephony and SecurVoice call recording platform at two of its operation centers, based here and in San Antonio.
“The system was carefully selected because of its ease of use with desktop call handling with private IM and SMS, auto-dialing from automation software and Microsoft Outlook and auto-dialing with dealer phone number injection,” Steve Ipson, company vice president for operations, said in a prepared statement.
These systems include the Aeonix Telephony system, featuring a Virtual IP-PBX platform with N+1 redundancy, multiple servers and/or VM Ware compatible, multiple PRI & Analog Gateways and a CSTA interface to all major automation software.
