DENVER — SimpliSafe has launched a new professional installation channel that it says allows installers to more holistically meet the needs of their residential and business customers and allows the company to deepen its reach.
Through the partnership, professional installers can now offer customers whole-home security solutions from SimpliSafe.
“We were excited to debut SimpliSafe’s new professional installation channel at CEDIA Expo in Denver last week, and the response from smart home professionals has been overwhelmingly positive,” said Kostas Reisses, head of Professional Installation Channels, SimpliSafe. “Our booth was busy throughout the show, and we generated hundreds of leads from integrators who are eager to bring SimpliSafe’s solutions to their customers. The response confirmed that there’s real demand for a higher-touch SimpliSafe offering.”
SimpliSafe launched the new professional installation channel at CEDIA Expo 2025 in Denver, which was held Sept. 4-6. CEDIA Expo is an event hosted by the Custom Electronic Design & Installation Association, an organization for the smart home technology industry.
Scott Braun, chief growth officer, SimpliSafe, says the new professional installation channel is an opportunity for integrators to grow their business with the SimpliSafe brand. He highlights the access that they now have to, for example, proactive monitoring and AI-powered deterrence via its Active Guard Outdoor Protection.
As part of the rollout of the channel, SimpliSafe will provide support to integrators in the months ahead—such as training resources, marketing support and technical partnerships.
“For integrators, we’re offering much more than just access to our innovative hardware and monitoring solutions,” said Reisses. “We’re providing training opportunities through our rep firm partners and distribution partners, marketing resources to help them introduce SimpliSafe to their customers and ongoing education to ensure they feel confident recommending, selling and installing our systems. We’ve already established distribution partnerships covering about a third of the country, and we’ll continue expanding that footprint in the months ahead.”
