Vivint wins Stevie Award

PROVO, Utah—Vivint was awarded the 2013 People's Choice Stevie Award for favorite customer service provider in the "other industries" category, according to an article from Utah Business.
More than 211,000 online votes were cast worldwide as part of the seventh annual Stevie Awards for sales and customer service.
In addition, Vivint received a Silver Stevie award for customer service department of the year, while Tim Izatt, director of customer services at Vivint, was honored with a Silver Stevie Award for contact center leader of the year, according to the article.
Awards were presented to honorees during a gala banquet on Feb. 25 at the Paris Hotel in Las Vegas, where more than 300 nominated customer service and sales representatives were in attendance.
