Doyle Security Systems acquires AMS Security Plus

ROCHESTER, NY – Doyle Security Systems, a residential and commercial security, fire and medical monitoring systems provider has announced its acquisition of AMS Security Plus, an Albany based private company.
Post acquisition all of AMS’ accounts will be monitored by Doyle Security’s Emergency Response Center. AMS CEO Don Simpson will continue to work with Doyle and AMS Security customers for at least one year.
