WESTMINSTER, Colo.—Intelligent video surveillance solution provider 3xLOGIC on June 13 announced it has acquired the product development and research group of Sonitrol from Stanley Security.Stanley retains ownership of the Sonitrol franchise, which it purchased in 2008.
