OSLO – Global risk management and quality insurance provider DNV said they’re working to safeguard society with their acquisition of Nixu, a cybersecurity services company. DNV announced it would be fully acquiring the Helsinki-based cybersecurity firm after taking ownership of more than 93 percent of the company’s shares following a public tender offer.
