MAC buys Eagle Security Systems

DENVER—Mountain Acquisition Company, a Denver- based holding company, in February acquired Eagle Security Systems, a $2 million, 20-employee residential and commercial security provider based in Chico, Calif.The deal brings MAC's total RMR to $385,000 and current revenue to $9 million.In June 2015, MAC acquired Denver-based Integrated Systems, which it is using as a platform for growth.
