Datacard completes Entrust buy

MINNETONKA, Minn.—Datacard Group, a provider of secure ID and card personalization solutions based here, has completed its acquisition of�Entrust, which secures digital identities and information, the company announced Jan. 13.
Entrust will continue to operate from its Dallas headquarters and a facility in Ottawa, Canada.
Together, Datacard and Entrust employ nearly 2,000 professionals, according to the statement.
