Xtralis acquires video monitoring company Heitel

BRUSSELS, Belgium—Xtralis, a global provider of early fire-, gas- and security- threat detection solutions, in July announced the acquisition of Kiel, Germany-based CCTV manufacturer HeiTel Digital Video GmbH.
