ADT's CFO leaving company

BOCA RATON, Fla.—Kathryn Mikells, senior vice president and chief financial officer at ADT, is leaving the company in May to become chief financial officer at Xerox, according to an ADT statement.

“We are thankful for Kathy's leadership over the last year as she helped manage our successful transformation into a public company,” Naren Gursahaney, ADT's chief executive officer, said in the statement. “Kathy has been supported by an outstanding finance organization that will continue to serve the company and its shareholders well under her successor.”

Mikells will remain with ADT through its second fiscal quarter earnings report on May 1. ADT has initiated a search for a new CFO, according to the statement.
