TORONTO--AlarmForce surpassed the $20 million mark for revenues and reached 66,300 subscribers in both the U.S. and Canada, the company announced in January when it released its FY 2006 results.
AlarmForce's fiscal year ended Oct. 31, 2006. Chief executive officer Joel Matlin said in a statement that an increase in operating cash flows "to over $4.9 million, up 41% from 2005, the prior year.
Net income was up 84% from the prior year, and earnings per share up 77%." The company relocated the Toronto head office to a new building, which also houses its central station and manufacturing.
