Axis acquires FF Group

LUND, Sweden — Axis Communications, a provider of network video, has announced its acquisition of the FF Group, an innovative provider of license plate verification solutions.

With the acquisition, Axis is well-positioned to continue to drive innovation and growth in the traffic solutions market.

Headquartered in Prague, Czech Republic, FF Group is recognized for its role in license plate verification applications. The acquisition will provide Axis with an enhanced toolbox to develop and expand in the growing market of traffic solutions, leveraging FF Group’s advanced analytics capabilities that extend beyond the traffic segment.
