Dynamark has two new offerings Company emphasizes verification and fire safety

HAGERSTOWN, Md.—Dynamark now offers its customers alarm verification through image sensors and fire alarm monitoring, the company announced in early March.

These offerings will further differentiate Dynamark from other central stations, Hank Groff, Dynamark senior vice president of sales, told Security Systems News.

These offerings incorporate Alarm.com's image sensor and Encore Controls Firefighter device.

Alarm.com's image sensor, according to Groff, sends photos to Dynamark's central station for a verified response; confirming the urgency of the alarm for law enforcement.

Groff said Dynamark is, “one of the first to do this in the United States.”

In the past, the homeowner was the only one seeing these photos, Groff said. But when the homeowner agrees to have the images sent to Dynamark, “they have another layer of defense by having someone take a look at them from a more professional level.”

Dynamark started work on the image sensor offering in October, it was released March 1, said Groff.

The Firefighter device listens for the sound of existing smoke detectors then sends a signal to the central station.

Placed near any smoke detector that is networked with others throughout the home or business, the one device allows Dynamark to monitor all smoke detectors Groff said.

“This combination of products ... is going to give our partners and wholesale dealers an advantage,” Groff said.
