CHICAGO—The 2021 Electronic Security Expo (ESX), presented by Electronic Security Association (ESA), has released the full lineup of presenters for its upcoming Virtual Experience, which takes place online from June 15-17.

The three-day virtual event will feature Main Stage presentations and virtual networking opportunities, as well as more than 24 educational sessions across four tracks, designed specifically for security professionals.

Main Stage Presentations

The first Main Stage presentation, “Adapt & Thrive,” takes place on Tuesday, June 15, from 11 a.m.-noon ET, presented by Ryan Estis, Business Performance Expert.

On Wednesday, June 16, the Main Stage presentation will be a discussion on “The Business of Security: Industry Trends, Threats & Opportunities,” from 11 a.m.-noon, presented by John Mack, Executive Vice President, Imperial Capital, where he will provide valuable insights on where the electronic security and life safety industry is heading. His industry acumen will equip attendees with the knowledge on how to stay competitive and relevant in the business of security.

Education Sessions

Education sessions at the ESX 2021 Virtual Experience will focus on four education tracks – Grow Your Business, Rethink the Future, Maximize Your Monitoring Center, and Run Your Company.

The education program includes more than 46 speakers representing the entire electronic security and life safety ecosystem from leading companies, such as Alarm.com, ADT, Bosch Security and Safety Systems, CPI, Loud Security, Rapid Response Monitoring Services, Ring, Stanley Security, and many more.

One notable session on Tuesday, June 15, is “Point-Counterpoint Forums: Where Industry Perceptions or Perspectives Are Reinforced or Shattered,” moderated by Paul Ragusa, Editor, Security Systems News, and Rodney Bosch, Senior Editor, Security Sales and Integration.

Join this session to hear opposing views debated by the presenters on ideas or issues affecting the security industry. Participants will hear not only what they believe, but why they believe it. During the Q & A portion, attendees will have an opportunity to challenge or support the presenters’ views.

Among the notable sessions on Wednesday’s slate is “Introduction to Video Monitoring,” presented by Tom Nakatani, ADT Security, and Morgan Hertel, Rapid Response Monitoring Services.

Another Wednesday session of note is “Powerful Ways to Grow RMR by Exploring New Opportunities,” presented by John Loud, Loud Security, and Aaron Whitaker, Preventia.

Also Wednesday, Abe Kinney, Alarm.com, and Charlie Erickson, Stanley Security, will present “Rise of the Machine – When and How to Leverage Artificial Intelligence.”

Thursday’s education program will feature sessions such as “Managing for Success: Installation Department,” presented by April Chastain, Owen Security Solutions, and Cindy Ponder, Bates Security.

Also on Thursday’s schedule is a session titled, “Customer Attrition: Track It. Measure It. Improve It,” presented by Tim Creenan, Amherst Alarm Inc., and Jeff Kahn, Wayne Alarm.
