Honeywell launches new version of Pro-Watch

MELVILLE, N.Y.—Honeywell recently announced the launch of a new version of its Pro-Watch security management system, according to a company statement.
The Pro-Watch 4.0 allows large companies to easily manage complex systems that link access control, IP video surveillance, intrusion detection and building management technology. New features include support for wireless readers, new compliance reporting functions and Web-based alarm and event management, the statement said.
“The latest enhancements are ideal for global, large multi-site facilities such as airports and seaports, higher education, health care campuses as well as corporate offices, and allow installers the opportunity to deliver better value to their customers,” Luisa Aymet, Honeywell Integrated Security EMEA product marketing manager, said in the statement.
With built-in Ingersoll Rand Schlage integration technology, the Pro-Watch 4.0 reduces the need for additional wiring. The system's report manager and advanced badging allow users to create statistical reports and manage access control capabilities.
