NORWALK, Conn.—ISC East 2025, in collaboration with the Security Industry Association (SIA) and in partnership with the ASIS International NYC Chapter, welcomed over 6,100 industry professionals, including nearly 4,700 attendees, from Nov. 18-20.
More than 200 exhibitors showcased their latest innovations at the Javits Center in New York City, giving security professionals a hands-on look at solutions built to meet the challenges of today’s world.
“We are incredibly proud of the success of this year’s ISC East,” said Mary Beth Shaughnessy, ISC Event vice president. “Attendees came ready to connect with vendors, learn from experts, and discover the newest advancements. The unmistakable buzz on the show floor underscored both the event’s continued growth and the energy that only New York can deliver.”
Local leadership was prominent at ISC East, emphasizing New York City’s central role throughout the event. A standout moment was the annual ASIS International NYC Chapter Person of the Year Luncheon, where NYC Police Commissioner Jessica Tisch was honored.
The city’s influence was further highlighted through the ISC East Keynote Series. On day one, Kaz Daughtry, deputy mayor for public safety, addressed the integration of technology and innovation in securing NYC. Day two continued the momentum with a keynote presented by the SIA Women in Security Forum. Amanda Mason, VP of intelligence at Related Companies, shared insights on safeguarding critical infrastructure, using Manhattan’s iconic Hudson Yards as a case study.
The impactful Keynote Series was just one highlight of the SIA Education@ISC East program, which continues to expand year after year. New tracks debuted, including Commercial Real Estate and PropTech, Perimeter Security, and Converged Security, reflecting ISC East’s commitment to addressing the industry’s evolving needs and trends.
Among the most popular sessions were those focused on proactive threat detection and prevention, innovative strategies for securing modern data centers, insights from front-line agents on national security, and reimagining campus safety for schools and universities.
“The 2025 ISC East show was a resounding success, offering insightful keynote presentations on new tech and innovation and critical infrastructure security, more than 75 dynamic SIA Education at ISC East conference sessions, a brand-new immersive Experience Center, a wide array of new technologies and lively networking and professional growth opportunities,” said SIA CEO Don Erickson. “We heard tremendous feedback and could feel the energy and engagement on the show floor and at our events, meetings and activities, including the Return on Security and Protecting Utilities luncheon events, the FAST Security Technician of the Year Awards ceremony, the SIA Celebrates & Honors event and the brand-new SIA Startups Experience at ISC East, gathering innovative startups, scale-ups and industry leaders shaping the future of industry technology. SIA is proud to be the premier sponsor of ISC East, and we look forward to another fantastic show in 2026.”
This year’s event also introduced several new features on the show floor, including the Startups Area at the heart of the Emerging Tech Pavilion. This platform served as a launchpad for 15 emerging companies, some of which were exhibiting their innovative products for the very first time.
Another key attraction, activated by SAGE Integration, was the Experience Center - an immersive exhibit that guided visitors through a smart building environment. The journey concluded at a security operations center, where the technologies came together in a fully integrated system.
Other notable areas included the SIA NPS display area, Career Zone, Trends Pavilion, and The Bridge, which set the stage for the highly anticipated return of the 2025 SIA FAST Security Technician of the Year Awards Ceremony. Hosted by the Foundation for Advancing Security Talent (FAST), this prestigious event recognized 10 outstanding technicians for their exceptional skill in designing, installing, and maintaining security systems. Each year, this awards program shines a spotlight on these often-overlooked heroes, celebrating their unwavering dedication, expertise, and vital contributions to community safety.
ISC West 2026 is set for March 23-27 at The Venetian Expo in Las Vegas, and ISC East 2026 will return to the Javits Center in New York City, Nov. 3-5.
