Lenel introduces IP VMS

ROCHESTER, N.Y.—Lenel Systems International, a provider of integrated systems and access control systems, is introducing the Prism Video Management System, an open IP VMS, according to a company statement.
The system integrates with Lenel's OnGuard for event-driven monitoring, and offers single point-of-device configuration, event and alarm monitoring, and system administration in an integrated video and access deployment.
“Whether it's an operator looking at live video surveillance for hours at a time or a C-level executive reviewing a critical incident response, the user interface has been designed to provide an efficient, intuitive experience,” Cliff Cox, product manager, Lenel Systems, said in the statement.
Joe Kirmser, president of Lenel Systems, said Prism, in conjunction with OnGuard and Lenel NVR, will be the “hub of our customers' command and control deployments.”
