YARMOUTH, Maine—The future of security is here - and it’s in good hands. Security Systems News (SSN) proudly introduces its “Emerging Leaders Under 40” Class of 2026, a select group of young professionals who are driving change, inspiring teams and shaping the next chapter of the industry.
These leaders are not just excelling in their roles – they’re setting the pace for what’s possible in sales, marketing, integration and beyond.
Previously known as the “40 under 40” awards, this rebranded annual program features leaders who have proven themselves to be self-motivated, team-oriented creative thinkers who have shown leadership competencies by engaging in the vision of their organization and making that vision meaningful for their colleagues.
This year’s 12 award winners are made up of diverse and talented young professionals with expertise in sales, marketing, distribution, program management, security systems integration and customer relations in the physical security space, combining technical background and education with their business savvy and excellent leadership qualities.
“Selecting this year’s class was no easy task given the incredible number of high-quality nominations we received – from self-nominations to those submitted by colleagues,” said SSN Editor Cory Harris. “The leadership, vision and drive demonstrated by our ‘Emerging Leaders Under 40’ Class of 2026 prove that the future of the security industry is in exceptionally capable hands.”
