NFSA Top Tech 2009 competition starts soon

PATTERSON, N.Y.--In an effort to find the best fire sprinkler technicians in North America, the National Fire Sprinkler Association announced it's holding its “Top Technician Competition” again this year.
To be eligible to compete in their region, technicians must qualify to be part of a regional team.
Technicians must be among the top three people on a two-hour exam that has multiple choice questions on NFPA 13 as well as a hydraulic calculation, and a small layout that you'll have to put into a building plan.
