Ontario monitoring company now supports Bosch IP communications

VAUGHAN, Ontario—With installation of a CONETTIX D6100IPv6 Communications Receiver/Gateway, service provider a.p.i. Monitoring now supports IP communications from Bosch intrusion systems, the company announced Jan. 22.

The company has 300,000 customers in the U.S. and Canada, which it serves through seven central stations and a disaster recovery center. It already monitored Bosch systems with public switched telephone network communications, according to a news release.

“By adding the Bosch receiver for IP communications we're diversifying our offerings for the more than 1,500 dealers we support across North America,” said Lewis Jacobson, a.p.i. Monitoring dealer services director, in a prepared statement.

The CONETTIX D6100IPV6 supports as many as 3,200 accounts for LAN or WAN communications and two phone lines, monitoring a range of Bosch control panels, including the company's latest G Series and B Series products, according to the news release.
