SAGE Integration acquires Vital Installs, sudoVision

KENT, Ohio—SAGE Integration has acquired Vital Installs and sudoVision Consulting LLC, expanding its capabilities in security integration, low-voltage infrastructure and technology services for commercial and government customers.

Vital Installs, based in Columbus, Ohio, provides security system solutions, structured cabling and network installation services. Charlotte, N.C.-based sudoVision Consulting is a service-disabled veteran-owned small business (SDVOSB) specializing in technology and security solutions for commercial and government clients.

SAGE said the acquisitions strengthen its national delivery platform and add complementary expertise in areas including low-voltage systems, network infrastructure and emerging technology applications.
