scDataCom, SAGE Integration take top honors at Integrator of the Year Awards

DENVER—scDataCom claimed the Bill Bozeman Award and SAGE Integration was named Large Integrator of the Year as Security Systems News and PSA Security Network recognized the industry’s top-performing integrators during a reception at PSA TEC 2026.

The awards were presented as part of a partnership between Security Systems News (SSN) and PSA, now in its fifth year. The Bill Bozeman Award honors an integrator whose impact extends beyond its own growth to help elevate the broader security industry.

SAGE IntegrationThe selection of Savannah, Ga.-based scDataCom followed several years of sustained growth, financial discipline and operational rigor, while maintaining a culture rooted in clearly defined values and a people-first leadership approach.

“I'm shocked, delighted, and honored to be the Bill Bozeman winner,” said Alaina Meyer, co-owner of scDataCom along with her mother, Kathleen Ford. “We've been a PSA member for four years now, and they've just been instrumental in the growth that we've sustained. We've had over 200% growth year over year for the last three years, and PSA plays a part in that – with a great network of helpful humans who make it happen. We are just thrilled to be here and so honored to be recognized.”

About the winners:

scDataCom

scDataCom’s multi-year performance, strong retention rates and consistently high employee engagement as key differentiators in receiving top honors. The integrator has earned repeated national recognition for both performance and purpose, including top integrator rankings, growth awards and industry recognition for veteran hiring and workforce inclusion initiatives.

Beyond its internal success, scDataCom has played an increasingly visible role in shaping the security industry itself. Ownership and executive leadership actively serve on national advisory boards and the PSA Board of Directors, helping influence best practices, standards and innovation across the security ecosystem.

The company’s culture was another defining factor in its selection. According to its submission, scDataCom operates with a set of shared values that guide daily decision-making, empower employees at all levels and enhance the customer experience. In its submission, the organization demonstrated that rapid growth and strong culture are not mutually exclusive.

SAGE Integration

SAGE Integration, based in Kent, Ohio, was recognized as Large Integrator of the Year (more than $25 million in revenue) for strong financial performance, international expansion and a sustained investment in its people and culture. The company closed the year with significant growth while adding dozens of new team members and maintaining a culture rooted in trust, empowerment and operational excellence.

SAGE’s industry impact extends well beyond its customer base, with team members actively serving on PSA boards, committees and mentorship programs to help shape best practices and develop future leaders. Its commitment to community engagement - through veterans’ initiatives, service-animal programs, food security efforts and charitable giving - further reinforced its culture-driven, values-led approach to scale.

SecurAlarm

SecurAlarm, based out of Grand Rapids, Mich., earned Medium Integrator of the Year honors ($11 million–$25 million in revenue) for intentional, sustainable growth that strengthens culture, client relationships and long-term resilience. The company achieved solid year-over-year growth by expanding scope with existing customers and pursuing work aligned with long-term outcomes rather than growth at any cost.

Judges cited SecurAlarm’s philosophy that security is a strategic tool supporting safety, productivity and human experience, particularly in healthcare and commercial environments where it partners early with stakeholders. Its submission highlighted a culture defined by care, trust and connection, long employee tenure and continued progress in representation and inclusion, particularly at the leadership level.

ATS Integrated Solutions

ATS Integrated Solutions, based in Louisville, Ky., was named Small Integrator of the Year (under $10 million in revenue) for its disciplined, purpose-driven growth and strong commitment to people, industry leadership and community impact. The integrator demonstrated notable momentum through increased engagement and spend within PSA, signaling both operational scale and strategic alignment.

ATS stood out for active participation on PSA committees, thought leadership contributions and hands-on security education, including advanced active-shooter mitigation training. Community involvement - such as veteran hiring, apprenticeship sponsorships and workforce development - is central to its mission, while a people-first culture focused on employee tenure, certifications and clear career pathways reinforces long-term customer value.

The SSN Integrator of the Year Awards program honors integrators that demonstrate excellence across financial performance, leadership, workforce development, community impact and industry involvement. Winners are selected based on detailed submissions reviewed by PSA and Security Systems News.
