WEST PALM BEACH, Fla.—Security 101, a national provider of integrated commercial security solutions, announced that it has acquired Electronic Security Concepts (ESC), a respected full-service systems integrator headquartered in Scottsdale, Ariz.
ESC delivers advanced security solutions throughout Arizona, New Mexico, Nevada, Colorado, Utah, and California and will now operate as part of the Security 101 family of companies.
The acquisition strengthens Security 101’s presence in the Southwest and expands the organization’s capabilities across key verticals including government, critical infrastructure, healthcare, and enterprise organizations and large multi-site businesses across the region.
Joe Menke, founder and president of ESC, will continue to lead the company as general manager of ESC, a Security 101 company. His wife Renee Menke, who served as ESC’s vice president, will support the transition and ongoing growth initiatives.
Strategic growth in the Southwest
With ESC’s strong foundation in advanced system design, integration, and long-standing relationships with government agencies and regional enterprises, Security 101 will build on a proven record of performance throughout the Southwest.
“ESC has built an exceptional reputation for tackling complex integrations and delivering outstanding service across a broad geographic footprint,” said Greg Daly, chief executive officer of Security 101. “Their team understands the regional landscape and the unique needs of organizations operating in the Southwest. This partnership allows us to deepen our presence in a growing market while continuing to invest in sophisticated, scalable security solutions. Joe and Renee have built something special, and we’re proud to welcome ESC to the Security 101 family.”
“This marks an exciting new chapter for our team and our customers,” Joe Menke said. “Partnering with Security 101 gives us the resources and support of a national organization, enabling us to expand our capabilities and deliver even greater value across the Southwest. ESC has always been grounded in quality, responsiveness, and problem solving, and we see those same values reflected in Security 101. Together, we’re well positioned to accelerate growth and elevate service for our clients.”
The acquisition aligns with Security 101’s strategy to expand into high growth regions and support customers who rely on consistent, high quality integration services across multiple states. ESC’s team, expertise, and long-standing customer relationships strengthen Security 101’s ability to support government entities, enterprise organizations, and critical infrastructure throughout the region.
