Security Networks donates alarm systems

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla.—In an effort to give back to its community, Security Networks, based here, has awarded three nonprofits free alarm systems for three years, according to a company statement.

The contest, which ran through February, invited Palm Beach County residents to nominate their favorite local nonprofit organization to receive a free system.

“We have been in the Palm Beaches area for the last 12 years and have grown from 'infancy' to a company that will exceed $100 million in revenue this year,” Richard Perry, president of Security Networks, said in the statement. “Because of the success we have enjoyed here in West Palm Beach, we wanted to return something to our home town area this year.”

The three award recipients for the security systems are: A Place of Hope, a faith-based child welfare organization that offers transitional housing and foster care; All 'Bout Children, an organization offering early preventive mental health services for young children and their caregivers; and PANDA Treatment Program, a program that provides residential care and mental and physical health programs to those recovering from substance abuse.
