UCC and Digital Synthesis partner Brief

SAN ANTONIO - United Central Control, a monitoring company located here, in January announced a partnership with Digital Synthesis, a software provider. UCC will provide video monitoring and management services as well as access control monitoring, hosting and management services through Digital Synthesis’ platform. UCC is offering this service to its customers through a newly branded platform called UCC iConnect.
“The landscape of alarm monitoring is quickly evolving and it is UCC’s focus to deliver innovative new technologies to our customer base. The UCC iConnect platform also allows for our company to offer them revolutionary new revenue opportunities and enhanced service offerings,†said Mark Matlock, UCC senior vice president, in a prepared statement.
