LONDON – Wavestore, a video management software (VMS) and physical security analytics provider, said that it is aiming for growth under new ownership by Sam Shalaby.

The company revealed that Senior Vice President Kim Loy now leads operations for the Americas, with offices in Ottawa, Ontario, and West Palm Beach, Fla., focusing on product development and innovation.

Loy said the company has a solid footprint among its users and will capitalize on those relationships while reaching out and securing new clients to expand its customer base in those untapped markets. “Wavestore’s platform is a highly proven, well-established solution deployed globally in many prestigious customer wins, and we will reengage with current users while reintroducing the brand to new clients,” she said.

Wavestore said that Loy has a long history of senior management experience in the physical security industry and numerous awards earned as a guiding influence in the technology space. “Wavestore delivers an innovative approach to video management and is committed to developing advanced, user-friendly and highly scalable solutions,” Loy said.

She added that with a small and agile team of experts, including industry veterans and fresh prospects, Wavestore will maintain the flexibility to explore new ideas, emerging technologies, and innovative approaches. “We’re passionate about pushing boundaries and embracing cutting-edge technologies while taking a personalized, client-centric approach.”

Wavestore’s recent expansion to Canada and the U.S. compliments its existing presence in the UK, Europe, and the Middle East. This expansion is intended to boost its growth and capitalize on global achievements amassed while serving 21 years in the industry.

Wavestore said that it is actively seeking new partners across all sectors that will benefit from technology that enables change-makers in operations to gain insights, make decisions and take actions that protect people and assets, prevent losses, and innovate customer and employee experience. Existing partners are invited to reconnect and explore exciting new business opportunities together.
