Smartvue gets $15m for IoTV play (Internet of Things Video)

NASHVILLE, Tenn.—Cloud video surveillance provider Smartvue announced this week that it secured $15 million in financing from Fortress Investment Group, a $67 billion firm. Pivot3 closes $12 million round

AUSTIN, Texas—Storage provider Pivot3 on August 7 closed a $12 million funding round which will be used for “product development, sales and marketing," Pivot3 CEO Ron Nash told Security Systems News. Is Avigilon in a buying mood again?

Avigilon will soon have more cash for purchases. The HD surveillance provider on March 17 increased a previously announced financing to $100 million (Canadian).
