Tyco to buy Exacq for $150m

NEUHAUSEN, Switzerland—Tyco today announced that it will acquire VMS provider Exacq Technologies in a $150 million cash deal.When the deal is finalized, Exacq, which is based in Indianapolis, will become part of Tyco Security Products. The Inc. 5000 has released its 2012 list, and again, there are a number of physical security companies included.
